Clinic Policy

    1. General Policy

      • ALL Clients required to fill Health History form and Sign for the Consent.
        • Consent could be withdrawed anytime.
        • Health history would be required to update every 1 year.
    2. Booking Policy

      • You can check any available time slots 2 hours from now at the Online booking system.
      • Time slots will disappear once someone booked.
      • Same day appointment is available at the Online booking system for the whole week. (Exception may apply on Holidays, and weekends.)
      • To avoid Cancellation charge, please Cancel an appointment 24 hours before it starts.
      • A cancellation charge of $30 will apply if you cancel your appointment 24 to 3 hours before it starts. (*Some exception may apply.)
      • A cancellation charge of $50 will apply if you cancel your appointment 3 hours or less before it starts.
      • No Show client will be charged in full amount of the appointment. To avoid No Show charge, please contact and cancel your appointment before it starts. (No Show Client: a person who has made a Massage Therapy Appointment but neither keeps nor cancels it.)
      • If you owe any fee to the Clinic from a cancellation or no show, we will not accept any appointments from you until the balance paid.
